Humphrey Corridor Planning Engineer The Iowa State Highway Commission Ames, Iowa 50010 Dear Mr. Humphrey: This is a follow up to our October 2, 1974 meeting on the location of U. S. 61 through Fort Madison. During the meeting, we had promised to correspond with you in ten days. Mr. Frazier's current schedule requires his travel away from Washington, part of the time out of the country, until late in October. In the meantime, we have received your October 8, 1974 letter.
