Oct 1, 1942 Dear Frances, I don't remember when I last wrote to you or just what the letter included But from your letter, which came today, you seemed to know I was to change camps. We came here on the 18th of Sept and leave on the 17th of October. Out Chief told us today that not even the Comander would know where we are going until the day we leave since he gets sealed orders from Washington on that day.
